All About Music
     In the process of vocal  recording for a non-professional singer, maybe problem which often happens is the fault of pitch control. With digital process it can be solve easily. Most famous software editing today are Antares Auto Tune and Celemony Melodyne. These softwares also can be use to make your vocal track heard more modern seems like what the famous artist does today.
Antares Auto Tune
Melodyne Studio 3
1. Auto Tune
This is one of the simple software I ever use. You just need to know what the root and scale of the song. There two options here, you can use automatic mode or graphical mode

Automatic ModeAuto-Tune 5’s Automatic Mode works by continuously tracking the pitch of an input sound and comparing it to a user-defined scale. The scale tone closest to the input is continuously identified. If the input pitch exactly matches the scale tone, no correction is applied. If the input pitch varies from the desired scale tone, an output pitch is generated which is closer to the scale tone than the input pitch.

The heart of Automatic Mode pitch correction is the Scale. Auto-Tune 5 lets you choose from major, minor, chromatic or 26 historical, ethnic and micro-tonal scales. Individual scale
notes can be bypassed, resulting in no pitch correction when the input is near those notes. Individual scale notes can also be removed, allowing a wider range of pitch correction
for neighboring pitches. The scale can be detuned, allowing pitch correction to any pitch center. For added flexibility, you can also select the target pitches in real time via MIDI from a MIDI keyboard or a pre-recorded sequencer track.

Retune Speed
Auto-Tune 5 also gives you control over how rapidly, in time, the pitch adjustment is made toward the scale tone. This is set with the Retune Speed control
• Fast Speed settings are appropriate for short duration notes and for mechanical instruments, like oboe or clarinet, whose pitch typically changes almost instantly. A fast enough setting will also minimize or completely remove a vibrato, as well as produce the infamous “Cher effect.”
• Slow Speed settings, on the other hand, are appropriate for longer notes where you want expressive pitch gestures (like vibrato) to come through at the output and for vocal and instrumental styles that are typified by gradual slides (portamento) between pitches. An appropriately selected slow setting can leave expressive gestures intact while moving the average pitch to the correct tonal center.

Auto-Tune 5 allows real-time adjustment of the depth of any natural vibrato present in the input. Auto-Tune 5 can also add a vibrato to an input that does not naturally exhibit one. You can program the vibrato rate along with individual vibrato depths for pitch, amplitude (loudness) and formant (resonant frequencies). You can also specify delayed vibrato with independently programmable onset delay and onset rate. By combining a fast Retune Speed setting with Auto-Tune 5’s Vibrato settings, you can even remove a performer’s own vibrato and replace it with Auto-Tune 5’s programmed vibrato, all in real time. Also, unusual combinations of Vibrato Waveform, Rate and Depth settings can be used for some interesting special effects.

Graphical Mode
The Graphical Mode is similar to the Automatic Mode in that it also continuously tracks the pitch of the incoming sound and modifies the output pitch to be closer to a desired pitch. But in the Graphical Mode, the desired pitch is not a predefined scale tone, but rather is a graphical representation of your desired pitch. As in Automatic Mode, the rate of change towards the desired pitch is controlled by the Retune Speed control. The key feature of Graphical Mode is the Pitch Graph display. On this display, the vertical axis represents pitch (with higher notes towards the top) while the horizontal axis represents time. The red curve represents the original pitch contour of the input track, while the desired target pitch or pitch contour is indicated in blue. The horizontal grid lines represent scale pitches. The key annotation, scale name, scale
pitches and Scale Detune value are those defined in the Automatic Mode. They do not affect the computations of the Graphical Mode in any way. They are merely a reference to guide you in setting the target pitches. If you wish to change them, you can select the Automatic Mode and change the Key pop-up, Scale pop-up, or the Scale Detune setting, respectively. (Changing the Scale Detune setting will also result in the scale pitch graph lines moving up or down relative to the tracked
pitch.) Then, return to Graphical Mode.
The Graphical Mode also includes the Envelope Graph, which displays the amplitude (loudness) envelope of the sound whose pitch is shown in the Pitch Graph. The horizontal scale of this graph will either 1) show the envelope of the entire extent of the pitchdetected sound or 2) align with the horizontal scale and position of the Pitch Graph above it. In Graphical Mode, you can draw the desired target pitches using line and curve drawing tools or selectively modify the existing pitch contours. Complete image scaling and scrolling controls are provided. A graphical editor allows easy editing, including cut, copy and paste functions The basic steps you will perform in Graphical Mode are:
• In your host application, select some sound for processing.
• Bring up Auto-Tune 5. Set the buffer length to at least the number of seconds from the beginning of the track to the end of the audio you are going to tune. Press the Track Pitch button, then play back the audio. The pitch will be detected and then displayed in the Pitch Graph as a red curve.
• When you have tracked all the audio you want to correct, click the Track Pitch button again to exit Track Pitch mode.
• Create a target pitch function using the graphical tools and adjust the Retune Speed for the desired effect.
• Play back the track. The pitch will be corrected as specified.

2. Celemony Melodyne Studio 3
This software is also easy to use and gives satisfactory results. This is one of my favorite software for editing vocal pitch. Very flexible and has many features that make us free to explore the vocal track.
Using Melodyne Studio 3
We can directly use this software from the DAW that we use. For example, I use NUENDO 4. On the vocal track, we insert the Melodyne bridge via the "insert" that exists on the left. After appearing Melodyne Bridge, check the "transfer" and then play the vocal track. Vocal tracks will automatically be transferred to Melodyne. Once the transfer is complete, open melodyne and pitch editing can begin to do.

• Automatic Pitch Editing
At the top of the tab, select the tab "Window". Then select the "tone scale", and select the root of the song. Then select the tab "edit" and select the "correct Pitch". Pop-up window will appear, there are two options for the percentage of "pitch center" and "pitch drift". Choose according to your needs and then click "ok". Now your vocal tracks have been automatically corrected.

•Manual Editing
To Edit it manually is not hard to do, just select the note and drag. To edit the others such as timing, formant, and amplitude are also easy to do. Just click an existing panel on the left above, and then manually select the note you want to edit.
It is Saturday night. Nothing different to me, just like the other nights. A lot of people out there spend the night with their mates, watching movies or hanging out in the crowded city. Yeah, I really enjoy this life.
There is something that makes me so enjoy tonight, because of rain fell. Brought me into reverie, and realized I was enjoying the music of nature that is rain.
Every drop of rain that fell to earth, bringing their own rhythmic. When the water came down together, becomes a very interesting music. Not bound by theory, a random pattern, and other musical surprises that we can not guess. Like to be a symbol of freedom.
Nature has provided everything perfectly.
Beautiful world ....
Batanghari Sembilan is a musical tradition that originated from South Sumatra.  A single guitar show that is played much like western classical guitar, but guitar players usually while singing a song. I think this is a mixing of cultures, because the guitar is not from Indonesia. Batanghari Sembilan song usually tells about the meaning of life
Campursari is a mixture between Javanese and Western culture, which plays traditional songs and popular songs of today. Using musical instrument both Java Gamelan, and western musical instruments such as an electric guitar, electric bass, keyboards, drums. occasionally play western music beat such as bossanova, salsa.

Manthous is one of the famous Campursari artist

I love playing music, and I play different kinds of music. Guitar is my preferred instrument.
I have a Schecter PT Deluxe, I bought about two years ago.

* Bolt on Maple Neck
* Rosewood fretboard
* 22 Frets, Scale 25.5 "
* 2 Schecter Super Rock II Humbucker
* Bridge String-thru Body Flatmount
* Color Gloss Black
I am quite happy with the sound of this guitar. This guitar has a flexible sound as it comes with push-pull switch to select the use of humbucker or single coil pickups.
I am trying to record guitar directly into the computer using Nuendo 4 with VST Plug in Amplitube 2 and Amplitube Metal to sound distortion. For the clean sound without using amplitube.

I use amplitube 2 for Bass
Sound Sample :
Are you guitarist..?
Looking for new guitar..?
there is an easy way to select an appropriate guitar for you.
* The first is the budget you have. By knowing the budget you have, you can more freely to choose a guitar.
* The second is the character of the sound you want.
sound character that you want of course depends on what kind of music would you play. But if you have just begun to start learning guitar, guitar pick that has the character of the guitar sound that can be flexible to play different types of music.
The things that affect the character of the guitar sound that is:
1. Wood
Some types of wood are often used for the body of the guitar:
- Alder: used extensively for bodies Because of its lighter weight and its full sound. Its closed grain makes this wood easy to finish. Alder's natural color is a light tan with little or no distinct grain lines. It looks good with a sunburst or a solid color finish. The tone is reputed to be most balanced with equal doses of lows, highs and MIDS. Alder has been the MainStay for Fender bodies for many years and its characteristic tone has been a part of some of the most enduring pieces of modern day contemporary music.
- Ash :There are two types of Ash: Northern Hard Ash and Swamp Ash (Southern Soft Ash).
Northern Hard Ash: contributes to a bright tone and a long sustain which makes it very popular. Its color is creamy, but it also tends to have heartwood featuring pink to brown tints. The grain pores are open and it takes a lot of finish to fill them up. Swamp Ash : very musical wood offering a very nice balance of brightness and warmth with a lot of "pop".  The grain is open and the color is creamy. This wood is a very nice choice for clear finishes. Swamp Ash is our second most popular wood.
- BasswoodSound-wise, Basswood has a nice, growley, warm tone with good mids. A favorite tone wood for shredders in the 80s since its defined sound cuts through a mix well.
- Mahogany : The tone is warm and full with good sustain.
- Poplar : Sound is similar to Alder
2. Pickup
there are two kind of pickups, Single Coil and Humbucker.  Single coil produce thin sound and humbucker produce thick sound.
* Playabilityselect the guitar that you think comfortably in your hand
Good Luck.
